  Parisian Flan recipe, a rich and creamy custard tart with a buttery crust. Ingredients:


1 ripe avocado

2 eggs

2 slices of whole-grain bread

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional toppings: red pepper flakes, chia seeds, or feta cheese


Instructions:


Toast the slices of bread to your liking.

While the bread is toasting, peel and mash the ripe avocado in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.


Soft-boil the eggs: Bring a pot of water to a boil, gently add the eggs, and cook for about 6 minutes. Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to stop the cooking process. Peel and slice them.

Spread the mashed avocado evenly on the toasted bread slices.

Place the sliced soft-boiled eggs on top of the avocado.

Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.

Add optional toppings like red pepper flakes, chia seeds, or crumbled feta cheese.
