Ingredients:


For the donuts:


1 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup buttermilk

1/4 cup vegetable oil

1 large egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the cheesecake filling:


4 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the strawberry glaze:


1 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons strawberry jam

1-2 tablespoons milk


Instructions:


Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.


In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.


In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, egg, and vanilla extract.


Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.


In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract for the cheesecake filling.


Spoon the chocolate batter into the donut molds, then add a dollop of the cream cheese mixture on top.


Use a toothpick to swirl the cream cheese into the chocolate batter.


Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean.


Allow the donuts to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.


For the strawberry glaze, whisk together the powdered sugar, strawberry jam, and enough milk to achieve a smooth consistency.


Dip the cooled donuts into the strawberry glaze, allowing any excess to drip off.


Let the glaze set for a few minutes before serving.
