Ingredients:


Pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

3 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Olive oil for brushing


Instructions:


Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended for your pizza dough.


Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.


In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic with melted butter.


Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.


Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the garlic butter-coated dough.


If desired, add chopped fresh parsley for added flavor and color.


Carefully transfer the prepared dough to a baking sheet or pizza stone.


Bake in the preheated oven according to your pizza dough instructions or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges are golden brown.


Once out of the oven, brush the edges of the garlic and cheese bread with a little olive oil for a nice finish.
