Simple guacamole recipe and variants
Classic Guacamole Recipe:
Ingredients:
3 ripe avocados
1 lime (juiced)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup diced onion
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 roma tomatoes, diced
1 teaspoon minced garlic
Instructions:
Cut avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until chunky.
Add lime juice and salt, then mix.
Fold in onions, cilantro, tomatoes, and garlic.
Taste and adjust lime and salt as needed.
Serve immediately with tortilla chips.
