Parisian Flan

  Parisian Flan recipe, a rich and creamy custard tart with a buttery crust. Ingredients For the crust (pâte brisée): 250g all-purpose flour 125g cold butter, diced 50g sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 egg 2 tbsp cold water For the custard filling: 500ml whole milk 150ml heavy cream 150g granulated sugar 4 large eggs 50g cornstarch 1 tbsp vanilla extract (or seeds from 1 vanilla bean) Instructions 1. Prepare the crust In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Add the cold butter and rub it into the flour with your fingertips until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs. Add the egg and cold water. Mix until the dough comes together (do not overwork it). Shape into a disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes. 2. Light pancakes


 Light, cotton-like pancakes in the pan with delicious and economical filling, without baking, prepared in 10 minutes

 the components:

 500 grams of flour

 100 grams of wheat flour

 4 tablespoons of oil

 2 tablespoons powdered milk (optional)

 A tablespoon of sugar

 A tablespoon of instant yeast

 Teaspoon salt

 3 cups of water at room temperature, depending on the quality of flour you have

 Filling:

 3 medium onions or one large

 1 red pepper

 1 green pepper

 A very small piece of chicken breast

 Spices (oil + salt + black pepper + Spanish spices + red hot pepper)

 


Method:

 In a bowl, add the instant yeast and sugar, then the whole wheat flour, dried milk, and two cups of water, then mix everything with a spoon.  Add the flour, then salt and olive oil, then gather the dough and gradually add the remaining water

 We knead the dough until it becomes soft and does not stick to the hand, cover it, then leave it aside

 Preparing the filling.

 In an electric grinder, we grind all our vegetables, then we grind our chicken breast until it becomes minced. In a hot frying pan, we add the oil, then the vegetables, let them cook and wilt, then add the minced chicken breast after it is cooked.

 Spices, leave the ingredients until the water dries well.  Then let it cool.

 We shape the dough into smooth, equal-sized balls, then cover them.  After the filling cools, we take each ball and flatten it slightly from the bottom side of the ball after spraying

 Flour on the work surface, then add a little of the filling and bring the edges together well until a ball forms again.

 After completing all the dough, we heat the pan, grease it with oil, then flatten the balls a little by hand, then cook them in the pan on both sides until they brown and swell. We turn them over.
