Ingredients:


1 cup heavy cream

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup shredded coconut

1 cup crushed Raffaello candies

1/2 cup chopped almonds (optional)

Raffaello candies for garnish


Instructions:


In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then mix until well combined.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.

Add shredded coconut, crushed Raffaello candies, and chopped almonds (if using). Fold until evenly distributed.

Spoon the mixture into serving glasses or bowls.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.

Before serving, garnish with additional shredded coconut and whole Raffaello candies.
