  Parisian Flan recipe, a rich and creamy custard tart with a buttery crust. Ultimate Lasagna Bolognese

 Ultimate Lasagna Bolognese recipe



simple recipe for an Ultimate Lasagna Bolognese:


Ingredients:


1 lb ground beef

1 lb Italian sausage

1 onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 carrot, grated

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

28 oz crushed tomatoes

2 cups tomato sauce

1/2 cup red wine

2 tsp dried oregano

2 tsp dried basil

Salt and pepper to taste

12 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente

4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cups ricotta cheese

Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions:


In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and Italian sausage over medium heat. Drain excess fat.


Add onions, garlic, carrot, and celery to the skillet. Sauté until vegetables are softened.


Pour in crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, red wine, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.


Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).


In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, Parmesan, and half of the mozzarella.


Assemble the lasagna in a baking dish: start with a layer of meat sauce, followed by noodles, then a layer of the cheese mixture. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of meat sauce on top.


Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella on top.


Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.


Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh basil, and then serve.
