  Parisian Flan recipe, a rich and creamy custard tart with a buttery crust. 1. Matcha Latte


Ingredients:


1 tsp matcha powder


2-3 tbsp hot water


1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)


Sweetener to taste (honey, sugar, or maple syrup)


Instructions:


1. Sift the matcha powder into a cup to avoid lumps.



2. Add hot water and whisk vigorously until frothy.



3. Heat the milk and froth it if desired.



4. Pour the milk into the cup with matcha and sweeten to taste.
